Contact All-Terrain Parent: Off-Road Stroller Help

Contact All-Terrain Parent by email

Contact All-Terrain Parent at contact@mountainbuggyusa.com, and the note reaches the All-Terrain Desk, a small group of gear testers. We push jogging strollers over gravel, sand, mud, and switchbacks with our own kids, so most messages start with one rig, one trail, and one problem. Email is the only way to reach us; we publish no phone number and no street address. Put the stroller make and model in the subject line so your note goes to the tester who ran that rig.

What to put in your message

Five details let one tester answer in a single pass:

  • Stroller make and model, with wheel size and whether the tires are air-filled or foam.
  • The terrain: pavement, gravel, sand, mud, or rock, and how steep the trail got.
  • Your child’s age and seat setup, whether that is a carrycot, a lie-flat seat, or a parent-facing position.
  • The part that already failed, rattled, or came loose: a wheel, a brake, a hinge, a zip, a tire bead.
  • The article name, if the question comes from one of our test runs.

What the All-Terrain Desk can answer

  • Stroller engineering: frames, suspension, folding joints, handlebar height, basket load.
  • Test reports: which rig, which wheel size, which terrain, how it held up.
  • Safety gear questions: harnesses, brakes, sun canopies, and what we watched for on the trail.
  • Maintenance: tire pressure, puncture repairs, clearing sand and mud, squeaky frames.

What this desk does not handle

  • Orders, returns, and warranty claims, which belong to the retailer or the maker rather than to a publication that only tests gear.
  • Sponsorship and press requests.
  • Questions about a child’s health or development, which sit outside what a stroller publication can answer.

Corrections and reader trail reports

Send corrections to the same address with the article name and the passage you are questioning. Trail reports from readers, covering where a rig broke, how far it got, and which wheel size was fitted, go to the desk and shape what gets tested next.
